Who looks after your details?

What we collect and why

We save your email address, your first name if you provide it, when you signed up, and a record of the consent you gave. We use these details, with your consent, for NexaTech Kickstarter campaign news and case previews, within the scope of the consent you gave.

Where your details are stored

The list is stored in the website’s hosted database, managed through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the subscriber area is restricted to the site owner. Hosting providers process the information needed to operate the service. Your information may be processed outside the UK.

When campaign emails are sent, an email delivery provider may process your email address and the information needed to deliver them. We do not sell your details.

Leaving the list

You can withdraw your consent at any time through your signup’s unsubscribe link or by emailing the address above. We will stop sending campaign updates. We keep a minimal record of unsubscribe requests so an old list is not accidentally used to contact you again.

Keeping information only as long as needed

We keep active signup details while they are needed for these campaign updates, and review the list after the campaign. You can ask us to delete your details sooner. Consent and unsubscribe records may be retained where needed to honour your choices or resolve a complaint.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your details, or restrict how they are used. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
